Run of the mill steakhouse. Not bad at all but nothing special. Good for a simple affordable steak diner, clean kitchen (i worked as a waiter there once). Could be better if they revamped decor and played fast and loose with the fairly static menu. Would like to see them adapt to changing palates and step out of 1998. Good stop for a family with children who just want a decent meal at a good price.

Great food nice staff and you can't go wrong with the price here. Glad we had dinner here

This has become our go-to restaurant, as it is close, fast and friendly! The food is great and the staff are always friendly! The inside of the restaurant is nicely themed, like an old west saloon, complete with bar and fireplace.On the menu they have many options that include ribs, steak, shrimp, chicken and burgers!The chicken and shrimp pasta is rich and creamy, with nicely spiced chicken and grilled shrimp.The Mountaineer is a porterhouse steak of good size that comes with two sides. The filet portion could be bigger, but I think the steaks here would get more expensive if they got top cuts of beef. For the price, the steaks make a great and filling meal!There is usually immediate seating and if we're in a hurry, we can literally be in and out from ordering to paying the bill within 45 minutes. They are quick and that's great when you're hungry!

First of all, I come here often enough that the waiters remember me and my friend. Because I always ask for extra loaves of bread, some days they'll bring extra without me having to ask. Staff are extremely friendly. Booths are always clean.Bathrooms are clean also.Food always comes out hot and very delicious. **No coke; Pepsi is available tho. **

Great steaks at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend asking for the "Porterhouse for Two" Special. Large steak, 4 sides, can't go wrong with it!! Always take leftovers when my family goes there

Forget Outback and come here instead. Nice cozy atmosphere when there isn't a game on at the bar...then it gets a tad bit loud. Host and servers were very friendly. Prices were what you expect for a chain steakhouse restaurant, reasonable. The three times I've been here, seating was pretty quick and steaks cooked correctly to order...oh an no gristle like Outback.Private parking lot and there's a mall and IKEA right next door.

I haven't been to Boulder Creek in the longest time. I had a wonderful dinner. The waiter was great with a unique amazing voice. To top the night off , the very handsome & classy owner Sal pulled up a chair & sat at our table. He insisted we have his homemade cheesecake. The night was priceless for many good reasons.

Its was a great Sunday lunch/dinner. John our waiter was Great! Thank you for always making sure we had all we needed with a Great attitude! That's what that Business is all about thank you for the great meal and Help.(:

Unfortunately made the decision to come here. Started off well, attentive waitress, appetizer and child's meal all went well and were tasty. When the food came only my side dish showed up. The waitress never put in my meal and only put in the side dish. We waited for my food to arrive, which ended up with my side dish and my husband's food getting cold. Manager brought out the food finally, but didn't seem to care at all about the mistake or offer any apologies. That food was fine but everything else was now cold. Asked for ketchup and waited a bit for that. Was given a small cup half filled, and the consistency was that of ketchup that had been baked on a meatloaf. Needless to say I didn't touch it. This was not a positive experience and I don't know that I'd come back and dine here again.

We were seated immediatly on a Saturday night. The waiter, John M. Was great. Always on top of everything. My food was extremely good. I had the french dunk. The meat was very tender. We will definitely be going back soon.

Slow service. In experienced server?? Overwhelmed staff?? Numerous errors. Forgotten about.Food was satisfactory only. Nothing great. May give another try... maybe not.

Visited the Hicksville NY location and had a great dining experience. The atmosphere was very woodsy with a beautiful fireplace. Big comfortable booths and good sized tables. The waiters are unbelievable!! The best I have ever seen. Dave is exceptional! The food is very good, burgers are big and top quality meat. Steaks are amazing, even the chicken shrimp in Alfredo is fantastic. Bread and butter is on the table before meals. Kids eat free all day on Sunday's, you can't beat that! Overall a great spot for lunch or dinner.

Great steak. Not brilliant service and beverages options. Could include some rice options as sides.

Decent, quick and cheap.

Steak sandwich was cooked corrected and very good. Had apps at bar for happy hour before dinner. Good prices. Wife had calamari which she said was not to good, Boulder fried good.

Service is good and the food is great. I would recommend this if a steak is what you crave.

Only came here once with my family. It was a weekend so there was a bit of a wait. This place is big. It’s good for large groups.Once we sat down it took forever to get our waiters attention. He wasn’t friendly. He was rushing us while we were giving our orders. I guess it was because he was taking care of a lot of other tables too at the same time. The steaks are good. The salads are ok. But the side orders are awful. All of the sides tasted like they were straight out of a can. Not even worth paying for.

Went there tonight for Happy Hour. I was not impressed. It is older crowd 50+ years of age at the bar for Happy Hour. Not sure if this was just this particular night or this is the Happy Hour crowd in general. The prices on the appetizers for Happy Hour is good. It is half of regular price except the sampler. It is good selection of items. Bartender was nice, but we waited a while to get the check and we were literally at the bar with two bartenders. It didn't seem they were in a hurry to give the check or take payment. There is ample parking. The bathroom was clean which was good thing unlike most places. I didn't care for the calamari app. I found it rubbery. The chicken nachos were ok. The overall atmosphere was not one for a Happy Hour and maybe it is just this location. I will go back for a regular meal l, but not for Happy Hour.
